Director, Arizona Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center-AzHTC

Alison Stopeck M.D. completed her undergraduate work at Brown University in Rhode Island and received her Medical Degree at Columbia –Presbyterian NYC. She completed her Clinical and Research Fellowships at Cornell University and was subsequently an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cornell Medical College.  In 1993 she joined the faculty at the University of Arizona Health Science Center-Tucson. Dr Stopeck is presently the Director and Team Leader of the Clinical Breast Cancer program and the Director of the Arizona Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center (AzHTC) at the Arizona Cancer Center. She is a Principle Investigator on multiple Phase I, II, III trials in breast cancer, hemophilia and osteoporosis. Along with Dr. Ravi Krishnadasan, Dr. Stopeck cares for the adult patients followed at AzHTC-Tucson.
