The Cascade Foundation hosted its first-ever Town Hall meeting in Tucson on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Old Pueblo Grill. It was a very fun and relaxing social event that brought many community members together to network, catch up and share ideas on what events, programs and services they would like to see from the foundation. We also launched the inaugural Heart-for-a-Heart drive to raise money and awareness for the organization and the community. More than 200 hearts were sold in the first hour and many more are being ordered daily. This has turned out to be a huge success already - we would like to thank everyone who has participated so far.
